Penta is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on impactful projects while advancing your career in construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
● Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure project milestones are met
● Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues
● Use tools like Xactimate and ConnectTeam for project planning and communication (training provided)
● Maintain and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports
● Lead and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
● Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
● Coordinate staffing and schedule labor efficiently
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
● Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Effective leadership and team management abilities
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
● Comfortable using project management software (training provided where needed)
